#5 - The Herringbone Suite is a one-bedroom, one-bath unit located on the first floor of The Union Pier Summer House with its own private entrance and private outdoor deck overlooking Berrien Street that can accommodate up to four people. Base rate is for two guests; please note an additional fee will be applied for more than two guests. The bedroom has a king-size storage bed with luxury linens and slipper chair. There is a deck outside this bedroom that overlooks the courtyard. The living area has a porcelain wood floor with a herringbone pattern, and includes a queen-size Murphy sofa bed. This suite includes a convertible console table that opens up to serve as a dining table, a 42" LG Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The luxury spa bathroom with Carrara herringbone marble tile includes a large walk-in shower with multiple body sprays, a hand-held shower, a rain shower, grab bars and a shower bench seat. A stackable washer and dryer is in this suite. This suite has two outdoor decks with bistro tables and chairs. Wi-Fi and USB outlets. PLEASE NOTE: This suite is ADA accessible.
